Point32Health, the parent organization of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan, continues to work toward an agreement with Tenet Healthcare. Although their negotiations are progressing, they have yet to reach an agreement that keeps care convenient and affordable for their health plan members. As such, members* will receive the attached communication via postal mail during the week of November 11, 2024.
The member letter includes important information on current access to those facilities, as well as insight on established safeguards to minimize disruptions in care.
